Amazon Orders
If you buy through Amazon, Amazon handles checkout, shipping speed, delivery estimates, returns, and order support. Please review the relevant Amazon listing for current delivery and return details.
Direct Checkout Orders
Direct checkout uses USD pricing. US orders have no minimum and ship free. Orders outside the United States require a minimum product subtotal of $100 and include a $15 shipping fee.
Direct checkout orders are reviewed against the PayPal receipt before fulfillment. If a payment amount, item list, or shipping region does not match the submitted order, we may contact you before shipping.
Duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are the buyer's responsibility unless clearly stated during checkout or in a written order confirmation.
Returns
Return handling depends on the purchase path. Amazon orders follow Amazon return policies. Direct checkout return questions should be sent to support@pleasingcare.com with your order details.
